I hopped a ride with my neighbor to the grocery store, I didn't need much just some almond milk and organic smart balance, he was standing in line with me and when it rung up he said it was expensive a gallon of milk is cheaper, so I shot back" how much is heart disease, osteoporosis  or diabetes gonna cost you ?" Fast forward 3 days later, I watched this dude lay down $300 for a boost mobile blackberry. Priceless.

I know one person who smokes a pack a day tell me I'm wasting my money on buying organic foods.  I'm probably spending less in food than she spends on coffee and cigarettes alone.
