During that time of the month my stomach always feel bloated like I have to pass gas. I always feel really tired and slugglish. I have zero energy during that time of the month.

Does anyone knows what herbs or organic remedies can I take to give me energy and get rid of that bloated feeling.

I have not been bloated or crampy in about 4 months! I used to have god-awful cramps..and be bloated and everything.
All month but especially during those pre-menstrual times I drink about 2-4 cups of raspberry ginger tea.
I take a quart of water ...boil it .. add 2-3 tablespoons of red raspberry leaf herb and a few slices of fresh ginger. I let it steep from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
I also take a teaspoon of cascara sagrada in a small cup of water ,so that my colon wont be so full of waste which leads to the gas and cramping.
There may be gas in the womb as well ..you can lay on your back and bring your knees up to your chest and hold .....it will get the gas out of there..also standing and bending over,and grasping your toes gets that out too ..
I would also rub the womb area and lower back with some geranium and clary sage essential oils...you can also take a bath in some clary sage and geranium oil....dont use clary sage if you have epilepsy however.
And fast for 2 days before your cycle is due...really helps!
These remedies have helped me greatly!

Dandelion root also helps with bloating
Dosage:
Leaf: 3-4 teaspoons to each cup; infuse 15 minutes. Take ½ to 1 cup 3 times a day (improve the bitter flavour with a pinch of ginger powder);
Root: 1 heaped teaspoon to each cup of water; simmer 15 minutes; Take ½ - 1 cup freely.
Also exercise! massage your breasts with olive oil..they are linked to the ovaries. keep that salt out your diet too..your uterus will thank you!
