ROFLMAO!  Now you know... and knowing is half the battle. 

There is actually a lot I don't know, which is why some of my questions may seem a bit remedial.  A lot of super crazy stuff started happening to me when I went vegetarian and started to detox a little back in September, by November it got out of hand and I've just been playing catch up trying to figure out what's going on.    And I actually found this site "accidentally."  I've been doing a lot of stuff "accidentally" lately... including "accidentally" running into a soulmate.
