water.

I use shea butter or oz oil on my face. Occasionally I use my clay mask.

On my body I use: kiss my face, castille soap, or whatever natural soap I have at the moment. Sometimes I will put my soap on my face, but I dont like to put anything on my face.

I will admit I haven't started using a natural product to wash my face as yet.  However, I use a gentle scrub that I use to wash my face and lips with daily.  I alternate with a creamy face wash if/when my face can't handle a scrub.  They are actually almost done and I plan to replace these with an natural or homemade product.  I was thinking for the scrub I could use baking powder soda, or something with almond bits and lemon or something.  I don't know.  I'll YouTube some natural recipes.   Smiley  Can't believe I used YouTube as a verb.   Grin

As for a moisturizer, I'm a good girl and use raw shea butter.  My face LOVES me for it.

Edited...

lol... I guess my really dry skin loves it.  I literally only take an amount about the size of a large crumb, rub it into my hands and apply it that way.

The lemon and honey mask sounds delicious.  I could go for one tomorrow!   Tongue  There are also a few stores that sells natural products, I should track one of them down and get a nice clay mask and a face wash.  I haven't used clay in years!

For my face, I start with water.  Then I use natural soaps from the Health Food store.  I use cocoa butter or raw shea butter to moisturize.  Every so often I exfoliate with a sisal washcloth.

For the body, sisal washcloth and natural soap. Raw shea butter.

i love the dead sea soap, as it keeps pimples away, it also lightens up any marks you may have.

the Apple cider vinegar takes away any dirt traces you may have left on your skin!!

i will be sticking to my regime...

i also use dherbs breast oil, and coconut oil everywhere else on my body Smiley

First, I exfoliate with a pink Himalayan salt & coconut oil scrub (on alternating days). Then I wash my face with black soap. Next I tone my face with witch hazel, and then I moisturize with a whipped shea butter recipe that I made. On the weekends I use a bentonite clay & oatmeal mask. I do this during my weekly mani/pedi/facial.

usually don't put anything on my skin I can't eat

Me too. If it can poison you when you eat it, I don't put it on my skin.
