asia, its a good thing

i want that "problem!" it means you were overeating and now your body has stabilised, i will definitely be ordering this because of your reviews..

LOVE, I want pretty skin like yours!!!!! it's not bad right now, but yours is flawless..what does your daily diet consist of?

Thanks! I will admit it's not COMPLETELY flawless, but it's almost there and has a natural glow. I noticed a huge change in my skin when I completely cut out milk from out of my diet. I also cut out eggs shortly after, but I don't know if that had a negative effect on my face. I eat SEVERAL servings of fruit daily. Before I bought my juicer I was joking that I was becoming a fruitarian. I also noticed an almost overnight improvement when I started to juice. I also eat 95-99% organic foods. If it's not organic it has to at least be made from natural ingredients. I also drink wheatgrass almost daily, even before I got the juicer. I bought the flakey stuff and mixed it and powdered spirulina in a small amount of fruit juice. I also use milk thistle daily, Siberian Ginseng, folic acid, MSM and a multi-vitamin (stopped since starting the detox). My vitamin regimen used to be much larger than that until I stopped using my crapola supplements.
Just before I made the Day 1 detox video I ate raw granola and raw almonds (equal parts) w/ raisins and honey in soy milk for breakfast. I ate a vegan enchilada or vegetable burrito for lunch. I ate my stir fry rice w/ veggies for dinner, or some Trader Joe's meal (not always organic); I started juicing for dinner only three days before that video. I never really got good with cooking vegetarian / vegan foods yet since I went veggie, so I relied mostly on frozen foods. Oh, and I snacked on fruits and nuts all day!
Now, it's fruits for breakfast, a salad for lunch and juice for dinner consisting of a wide variety of veggies.
HTH
BTW... I've ALWAYS had HORRIBLE skin for as long as I can remember and spent tons of money on a mediocre skin care regimen, until recently.
