Hello,

I finished FBD about a week ago and now I am on weight release formula. I am training for 5k and a half marathon now so i need to lose some weight in order to run faster. I just wanted to say that weight release formula is a wonderful product. I take 3 in the morning and 3 after lunch then go running after 6pm..It works! I am not craving at all and hungry at all. Also I don't crave for meat as much as I did before FBD. Does anyone else have same experience as I do?

That is excellent Asia. Grin

I plan on taking this after I finish the weight release cleanse in a few weeks.

I done the FBD from 2nd Jan, And went straight onto the weight release cleanse.

I do not feel hungry at all. today I had a big glass of green smoothie and half a gallon of water..I will have to force another smoothie, As I do not wish to under eat.

My stomache feels quite bloated though!

How much weight do you wish to release?

I lost 15 pounds on the FBD, So excited to see how much I will lose on the WRC

I am on Day 5 of the FBD.  Prior to the FBD I have been craving Popeye's nasty fried chicken (even though I know they are infested with roaches) since I began my vegetarian diet on August 1st.  The funny thing is I haven't been going to Popeye's and didn't start craving it until I went veggie.  This craving stopped one day after starting the detox.  I have NO cravings for meat.  However, I do have cravings for cooked food, which started today, specifically this vegan Thai dish I ate right before the detox.  This could be because I did not have time to prepare my salad today and I'm fiending for some type of fat (I make it with avocadoes).

Mmm... this sounds really good too.  I'm convinced this raw vegan thing isn't for me... lol.  I could do it for most of my meals in the day and even for a few days in a row, but eventually I want to really grub on something hot, like with some curry or something spicy.  I was raised on really spicy foods.

That is funny.  I was thinking I should do the same... grub on something hot every fifth day.  I was doing really well up until my fifth day.  I even gave away most of my foods that needs heating so that I didn't get tempted (I plan to follow with at least one other cleansing kit, possibly two, for a total of two months of cleansing).  I guess I should put aside my favorite Thai dish for day 10 though.
