We used to play this game where two people sit across from one another.
Then stare into eachothers eyes. Then put our hands up... Palms facing eachother directly opposite eachother.
Then slowly move the hands at the same time speeding up as you move along. The male the other into your mirror.

This is great to do with your special someone but you can also do it with a friend or w/e.

Guys would sit with their legs in front of them knees slightly bent women would have their legs over the man's legs feet behind his back.

You can start off grasping hands then palms erect and touching then fingertips then then no touching.
Then you can start moving other body parts as well. Then you can stand up and move whatever. Then both look into a real mirror and mimick eachother.

the moement should all be at the exact same time and everything.

The easiest thing to do (as well as most important) is to breathe at exactly the same time for the exact same amount of cons and everyhing. Your heart will also start beating in sync as well if it isn't already.

Very enlightening exersice.
Strenghens the bond and psychic connection.

The next level would be to sync language. Which is by far more difficult.
Saying the same sounds at the same time then the same words then completing one anothers sentences.

Of course no planning the movements and stuff.
Try it out see what happens.

Funny enough my silly little 4 y/o niece was was mimicking me the other night.  Everything I said and did, she said and did.  I finally fooled her into thinking that she "lost the game" when I thought it was going on for too long and decided to mimick her also.  Only I was saying what she was saying at the same time she was saying it... we were definitely in synch!  Her mother was getting spooked out by me... lol.  I have always thought we have a strong connection though.  We have spent a lot of time together, especially in the first six months of her life.
