When the IRS gets Gangsta.

Peace all,

Me and a friend were discussing the IRS and how they came after a few people who were attempting to stand upon their rights regarding Income Taxes. He was talking about how when they come down they come down hard. He used the analogy of swatting a fly with a Mallet. They might  hurt the flies arm or something but they just totally destroy all of the stuff the fly was sit'n on. Will they or will they not just snatch up your stuff freeze accounts and the like until they are satisfied that the rights that one is standing on are valid. According to the conversation I had with my friend that is what happened to others who tried to stand on their rights. Now I do not know if they gave any kind of constructive notice. But my other question is. Even if you do give them constructive notice has anyone heard of them get'n straight Gangsta and being like F the law we tak'n this S@#T cause we can? No prove your not guilty.

I have heard of stories such as the above, yet, this usually happens to ignorant people who don't know the law or IRS legal procedures which IRS officials are have a duty to go by. How can you put the IRS in check when you don't know what the IRS is supposed to be doing by law?

I have had tremendous success with the IRS (helping other people, of course) utilizing law, especially the Federal Administrative Procedure Act which I used to schedule statutory due process hearings which are never granted and thus automatic default results.

Government is out of control because of the people. People are too ignorant, too dumb, too lazy, too sidetracked or diverted, and too damn scared!

Quote and enforce law to the IRS and watch the IRS take you serious and act RIGHT against you.
