I am currently on my 16th day of FBD. I am going to look into crystal therapy! I am not sure how to meditate. I am not sure I would be doing it right. Thanks for your suggestions!

I never really thought about my Guardian Angel or angels period! That is until I read the article from Mr. D.

I would like to say that I am greatful to my Angels for watching over me and keeping me out of trouble. I would like to MEET my guardarian angel if possible.

I want to be more spiritual! I want to experience some of the things you guys are talking about and be more in TUNE with who i am and why i am here.

Any Suggestions?

I suggest clearing your channels with detoxification or energy healing. Then crystal therapy and meditation. And throughtout the whole process make your intentions known to the universe.

What I like to do is breathe very deeply and slowly for several minutes in a relaxing sitting position with my eyes closed and just focus on my breathing, clearing everything from my mind.  As I think of things, I just think them through and let them pass.  Don't worry about not being able to not think of anything... just keep practicing this... letting the thoughts pass.  Sometimes these thoughts enter our minds for a reason... as a form of communication from our guides.  The goal however is to maintain a clear mind.  I don't think I've ever done this for a long period of time.

You can start off by practicing for just one minute.  I know by experience that a minute is a LONG time for a beginner (as though I am not one).  And then go for 5 minutes.  I think most people just meditate for 5-20 minutes.  I like to go longer and mix in focusing on my chakras and practicing communication with my guides through feeling and sight, and just practicing seeing auras, etc.  I do it different every time and don't really go by any set of rules.

Anytime!!  I need to start doing this daily!  Some days the days get by me and I wait until the end of the day and I'm falling asleep during meditation... not cool.  Smiley  I also kill two birds with one stone and meditate in my baths as well (for short periods only).  Just don't do this when you're too tired... it's easy to fall asleep... lol.  I've done that too.  I'm also afraid if I meditate too much in the bath I'll have an out of body experience.  It's super relaxing.  Maybe it's not so much of a good idea... lol.

I think mediating in the bath will be more inviting to me. I have never done it before so......I am going to try that on Sunday when I take my relaxing bath rituals!
