This book discusses how the Ego uses Resistance to prevent us from living our Authentic selves. The best way to destroy the Ego is to take massive action towards a significant goal or desire that we want to achieve.

Be it writing that book, launching than business venture, pursuit of that degree or transforming your body, you must remember to be professional in overcoming Resistance.
