From a Sun sign perspective, this has the chance of working well. Alicia Keys is more of a humanitarian as an Aquarius, and less of the rebellious-type Aquarians. Virgo can deal with that real well. She also does not appear to be the "friemdly from a distance" type, and may be drawn closer to Swizz Beatz than you think.

I think it depends on the rest of their charts. I have an Aquarius friend who was involved with a Virgo. It worked for a little while; but then it fizzled.

each person is affected by all twelve signs and all of the planets in the solar system anyway.  you can draw on the energy of all the signs since the planets are always affecting you. your energy also affects the cosmos. your thinking influences the planet's energy in your life. sure there are certain signs that naturally click and there are others that are more difficult for people to click with. but any two people can click if they choose to click and are meant to be. you should not study astrology to stop you from dating someone or to date someone. you should study it to learn the other person's energy in order for you to be better equipped with dealing with that person or to decide that maybe you are not meant to be. but to not date somene should be more intuitive than astrological.
