People have different reasons for being celibate, I haven't experienced any sickness and I've been going strong for a long minute

I know when the time is right Ill have the BEST sex with my soul mate...some times I can feel him thinking of me jus as I think about him, that is good enough for me until we "formaly" meet....and can express our love physically.

Try 2.33 years.    Yes, I'm counting the time with great accuracy... lol.  I think celibacy can make you sick if you have a negative outlook on sex.  Some people don't have sex because they're waiting for the right one.  Others don't have sex because they're waiting for the right one AND they think that sex is the devil and having desires is an evil act of satan and you see where I'm going with this.  Many of these people refrain from pleasure of all forms.  They are boring.  They look boring.  They dress boring.  Their whole life is boring.  They totally lose themselves and their spark by trying to squeeze themselves into the tiny holy box of doom.  They probably lose their self-esteem because in their boring lives they are unable to spark the interest of the opposite sex.  Or they are so caught up in being perfect that they forget how to spark that interest.  Years go by and nothing.  And they pray for the big man sitting on the throne to send someone perfect instead of finding that pefect one on their own.  I think as long as we recognize ourselves as sexual beings (not to be confused with non-discerning) we're not so bad off.  But yeah... being in a warm, loving, sexual relationship is very healthy and anything else does not give the same effect.
