Thats exactly what i was trying to explain thats what i see sometimes in the sky.
Seeing into other dimensions is what I'm going with lol.
But the vortex that I see in the sky looks lik a stargate.
A lot of concentric circles in the shape of a funnel all moving away from me. Then there is the dots and feelings of light headedness Sometimes the dots look like blurry little fluffs or black points floating around in chaos.
So on the news the other night they were showing a picture that looked something like your description, I think it happened somewhere in Europe. But in the story they said that fears of UFOs were gone now that Russia had admitted to testing a missile. My first thought upon hearing that explanation was, what kind of missile or guidance system would make a pattern in the sky like that??? Hmmm...
