This method, I actually learned randomly from an Indian man in Atlanta, its a method to send a bodily message, in order to eliminate beliefs that are unwanted.

He told me about the studies he learned, where organs were left on petri dishes and given adequate nutrition, like amino acids, vitamincs, etc. And they thrived significantly, functioning basically perfectly, but yet when those same organs were introduced into a human body with that same diet, the human's thoughts caused those same organs to become dis-eased, showing most definitely, that the thoughts of the human create chemicals in the body accordingly.

Back on track here is the technique. Sit on a chair, or somewhere with the spine straight. Place the hands, palms down with the middle fingers about half an inch from the kneecaps, then began to lower the shoulders as low as you can, feeling them tense. Then bring the shoulder blade inwards while keeping the shoulders lowered and began to tighten your whole upper body. Hold this for a count of 20 seconds, while also holding the unwanted thought in mind, as you release the tension (after the 20 seconds), visualize the thought inflating, and espacing as you untense the muscles.

I hope I explained it well enough, but this works like a charm. If that thought comes again, use the method again, until you have your results. I have used this numerous times, and its seems it sends a subconscious message to the body, whenever that thought comes up, letting it know that its unwanted.

Jewel Pookrum talks about this as well.  She mentioned the guys name, but I can't remember it right now, that did a similiar experiment that lasted about 20 years, I believe.  I think they concluded that as long as internal and external conditions remained a certain way, human tissue does not age!

Deepak Chopra also speaks of this in his audios on quantum healing.  He talks about how medicine today is based on the old Newtonian belief that we are made up of matter.  He disagrees saying that we are made up of information and energy.
There was a doctor who actually discovered that our thoughts turn into a chemical  that can have an effect on our immune system or any of the other systems in the human body.

Oh yes, I've heard her speak about similar things, the guy I was talking to said he actually worked with Jewel Pookrum. Some powerful information, but nothing we don't know intuitively, people always say think positively, and all is mind.
