Are you addicted to Facebook? The Emotional Freedom Technique can help you eliminate this addiction. EFT is a simple, easy to learn acupressure technique that address the root issue causing your aches, pain, anxiety and usually provides INSTANTEOUS relief. You do not have to believe in it for it to work and it is truly an amazing. I did a serious video tutorial on eliminating a Facebook addiction with EFT. Please share! Yall let me know what you think, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suatFaYoQHY

My personal testimonial: Since I did the video yesterday, I have not been on Facebook as much I used. I used to be a bit of Facebook fiend myself. EFT is truly amazing y'all.

Check out the video y'all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suatFaYoQHY

I just talked about being off FB on a previous thread because I couldn't enlighten folks (who were always complaining about their IBS, diabetes, sickle cell and other jacked up ailments.) They pissed me off because they so damned religious! Posting this scripture, that scripture, but you sick as helll.  I just got tired of it and cancelled my account and haven't been on since! I come to the good ole dherbs community board and correspond with people who are at least on the same wavelength about health issues and other topics that are enlightening and entertaining as well. I never  did play any of the yoville, farmville, mafia wars or none of that (which is probably where the addiction comes in). I used it mostly to reconnect with old friends and family.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!  Cheesy

You never know who you're reaching. Just because people don't acknowledge you doesn't mean that you haven't touched them. I'll have random people thanking me for something I said in passing looooong ago! LOL

So, don't get discouraged. Keep sharing. You never know when you're dropping a seed.

I thought it was rather superstitious

superstitious

had to look up the word just to make sure...

1 a : a belief or practice resulting from ignorance, fear of the unknown, trust in magic or chance, or a false conception of causation b : an irrational abject attitude of mind toward the supernatural, nature, or God resulting from superstition

2 : a notion maintained despite evidence to the contrary

From what I got so far from EFT, it definitely doesn't sound superstitious nor sound like a placebo effect.  The whole energy meridians and energy flow isn't new and has been used for hundreds of thousands of years in the east.

Yea I was wondering too.  Superstitious doesn't really describe it.

It was presentation.
Somebody gave me the exercises without the science behind it.
It is not easy to make the connection rationally on your own how massaging your left nostril while putting pressure on your elbow is going to ease an aching stomach...
I feel that way about a lot of metaphysical ideas concepts practices etc actually, as they are presented via a very faith based medium even more magnified than the faith foundation of religious doctrine.
"Trust the universe that this will happen even if you can't see how"
"believe that you can own the wealth of abundance prosperity and health even if there is nothing substantiating that possibility in the present" etc etc etc.

With EFT I see people displaying the practice and maybe sometimes perhaps giving a reason behind why it works even though that idea may not be particularly rational or scientifically sound.

I really got that EFT was a placebo effect self hypnosis type thing that works solely through the power of self determination and will of an individuals willing open mind and heart to be honest with you.
Really reminds me of the Mono Atomic Au which I continue to look for evidence on through books net vids and people but come up with nothing. In trying both (EFT and mono atomic AU) I find that a great proportion of its effect on you comes from the mind because in my personal experience neither worked to the desired effect. Or rather neither had any noticeable effect at all.

Peace

Your welcome bro.

@Heavensun, if you are interested in learning the science of EFT you can check out this link, http://www.emofree.com/ArticlesCat.aspx?id=22 where they did some scientific studies on its effectiveness. The basic premise of EFT deals with your body's energy or electrical system and how disruptions in your body's energy system leads to negative emotions causes our aches, pains, and other ailments. Peace bro.
