Cancer Curing Remedies

I have heard of Apricot kernels and Graviola (Grown in the Amazon) as a good anti-cancer remedies
These are of course no approved by medical community..
I read that apricot seeds contains Vitamin B17 or laetriles.
there is also a video out there called "world without Cancer"
Any body wants to share some thoughts on this..or others they know off
