I can't wait to read this article.  So many homeowners are getting the shaft from these banks. You would not believe that I flat out tell my friends and family, if you are paying a mortgage on your home it is not an asset, it's a liability. They still don't believe it! Yep that is the truth.  I have faced the fact that my crib is currently not an asset but a liability.  But it can be an asset.  The Matrix is filled with a bunch of crooks that are ready and willing to take your wealth.... Damn.
