So for whatever reason, the past two months I've have not slept well at all. Sleeping only 4-6 hours nightly.  It hasn't been pleasant. I just tried something about a week ago however because of an observation.    I noticed when there is a power outage it feels like a weight has been lifted off of you.

So what I did was cut off most of the electrical devices. First few nights I just unplugged the wireless router and modem, that in itself made a HUGE difference. Then I unplugged Televisions, and other small electronic devices. I made sure the cellphone was off and battery removed. Cordless phones were unplugged also.

Let me tell you something, you could just feel the absence of radio waves . I felt it when I was trying to sleep it's very noticable. I have diodes, crystals and all of that but nothing works better than simply disconnecting these things.

I recommend it for everyone.

that is also promoted by alot of feng shui gurus. they say that the electromagnetoc waves emit too much yang energy which will throw your energy off.

Wow 360 you may have something there! I've been having trouble sleeping too and I don't know why. I've tried valerian and chamomile teas and everything.  I only sleep about 3 1/2 hours per night and it's hard to try to go back to sleep and when I drift off it just automatically jerk back awake. I also sleep with my cell phone right next to me. (something I never used to do!)  I'm going to try to turn off everything and see if it works.  Thanks 360! Wink

I had read meditating between 12am and 4am is good time if you happen to be awake because of less EMF and probably why it is so critical to be sleep during these times. Probably easier to navigate the astral plane.

This is a good idea. I use to unplug my tv cause I could still hear it buzzing. This is a reason why there's no electronics in my bedroom.

I've heard of that too.
Unplugging them versus just turning off a power strip should be better right?
