But the person they are looking for isnt even the same name as anyone in my house. The name they are looking for is my first name with more letters added, and a completely different last name. They keep calling.

Sounds like they are fishing, because if they were truly taking someone in your house to court or had enough information to do so, they would have already filed the papers.
