It's an overview of the ADVANCED courses, the advanced course packages range from 9,000 to 70,000 dollars. However so far we have learned multiple funding sources. Like how to raise anywhere from 5,000 to 100,000+ dollars without any money. Also learned how to wholesale which will allow me to earn good money and gain experience. I am planning on purchasing the base or slightly higher package. The tricks we have learned and the mental stimulation and re structuring of thought process from a broke ES side to the B and I side has been the goal of this particular course.

I feel like a starving stray dog though because I don't have any friends that back me up or any wifey/girlfriend as support so Im just goin all in on my own but Im hungry, I refuse to get stuck in the rat race. I want to be rich , you have to make the decision of what side of the fence you want to be on. I drew the line in the sand a while ago which side I'm going to be on. That 60,000 job will be a 20,000 dollar job, then 10,000 with inflation.  I linked with some cool people, good, positive couples ( lots of brothers and sisters there) . When I get this down I would love to start speaking , I would come out to LA and be a prosperity coach or something at dherbs university lol

Remember, people are AWOL during combat, but present at the truce.

Very few want to deal with the process; they just want the finished product. That's why people cannot truly appreciate the alchemist within.

Thats what Im saying, after this weekend, you realized how much of an open canvas just real estate is. If you aren't braindead there are rediculous deals you can create. I'm burned out though lol. I feel like sleeping for 14 hours

@ dreamsun ...thanks luv im going to need it.

Oh yeah, so I paid for a wholesale specific course and theres real estate software that comes with it that is rediculous, you search for a type of property, for example properties with tax liens against them in NJ, so google earth finds all the properties, lists the potential income, you type in the manor you will fund the acquisitiion and then the software finds the cashflow / earned income you will recieve, it has prewritten letters for lease options, wraparound mortgages etc etc. updated weekly . Google earth and bing can be used to look at the property.

Has anyone ever played the Cashflow 101 board game?  I would love to get into real estate because I feel there is alot of money to be made in it.  Kudos to 360 and your journey to more wealth!

basically you do whats called OVERBORROW to get out of the rat race. This is what you can do with no money or equity. In reality though, if you can raise 20-100 thousand somehow without borrowing, all you need is one property and you can "retire"

Im talking about cashflow 101

Thanks for the info 360, I have been involved in real estate somewhat for a few years now. I was doing real estate appraisals for about 3 years, and I saw a lot of crooked shit. It also opened my eyes to a lot of the misconceptions people have when it comes to buying and selling real estate. I definitely have wanted to be more involved in the real estate business, but admittedly have not put forth the effort to do so, even though I believe I would be very successful with it.

One thing for sure I learned is that there are people who have knowledge about what to do and when you ask them they don't want to tell you anything!! Lol. Almost as if they think you are going to steal their money or something. Cash is king always over credit and using money you may not have. I need to figure out how to do that, (overborrow)

I think that is with anything that is considered valuable universally whether it be money or knowledge. When I was on scholarship, I'd be at the meetings and the students would act all cheesy and fake toward me. Then in lab they'd act like they didn't know me or would be sarcastically hostile if I'd ask them a question about something. And these are supposed to be the GOOD people who want to one day research for cures and make drugs to help people.
