all of a sudden cant remember dreams

this started around january of this year. could it because im anemic? i heard b6 defiency coincides with iron and that causes one not to remember dreams,

I know certain foods can effect your sleep, but i wasnt aware anemia effects your dreams. I dont know the validity of that statement.

think back to what changed in January. I find when I dont think about remembering my dreams, it relives the pressure. Try relaxing, getting in touch with nature, say positive thoughts before you go to bed. Maybe that will help you a bit.
