Thanks for the article. I am about to read it now. I have been eating raw foods since june22 of this year. I however, have found that I am earing a lot of almonds, up to a pound a week. I was feeling guilty because so many were saying that they are extremely high in fat count and I was defeating the purpose in eating them. I will try to cut back some,

Na you do not have to worry about that.  Consuming nuts will not cause to gain weight trust me. People have been programmed to say stuff like that but yet people do not get on you about something extremely high in sugar like soda. Eating a lot of nuts might cause you to lose because fats do not make you fat.   Of course it should be your entire diet though.

Woudl you say this applies to fat in nuts? What about avocados?
