I have to go back and revise this, but another option for those who may not want to use green leafy vegs is to make a fruit smoothie and blend a couple of teaspoons of spirulina in with it.

I love that spiriulina for the brain, especially before/after I meditate. I make my own spirulina capsules mixed with some kelp and alfalfa powders.

I have been adding spiriulina in my smoothies of late (sometimes, I still add greens, too).  Yummy!
