I am currently reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu.

I recommend this book for anyone who is in any position in life. The strategies that Sun Tzu used centuries ago can be applied to your everyday life. A book that is timeless in strategy and acquiring what you desire.

Each person may take what they may from the sayings, but some things he states stick out to me:

"Peace proposals unaccompanied by a sworn covenant indicate a plot"- to me that indicates get things in writing.

" Therefore just as water retains no constant shape, so in warfare there are no constant conditions" to me this indicates things can change in competition, nothing is set in stone

"Whoever is first in the field and awaits the coming of the enemy, will be fresh for the fight; whoever is second in the field has to hasten to battle, will arrive exhausted"- to me indicates be early/on time and be prepared

Just a few lines from the book. i  have not yet completed the book, but i am enjoying in thus far, especially since i plan on entering the business industry.

What you'll find in business is that the West has performed metaphysical and spiritual circumcision on the book, especially in the 1980's. In the movie WALL STREET, Gordon Gecko (Michael Douglas) gives a quote from the book, but his application of the strategies were wicked to say the least.

like any piece of information, it is what you take from it and how you put it into action. that is why this book can transcend many different arenas. it can be interpreted so many different ways and practiced in many different ways by each individual that reads the book.

The movie was interesting, especially since Wesley Snipes produced it.

I think it was slept on heavily.

when eye read the art of war eye automatically relate it to health

theres a certain art of war version at the lie bury which has in its introduction something like

"the worst general is the most famous and and best general is not known"

the worst general goes to extreme measures to win a war(drop an atom bomb on baby's) while the best general wins the war without even fighting

and the best health care practicshiner is the least famous because he prevents the sickness before it happens while the most famous health care practishiner is the worst because he does the most extreme shit(injecting radiation into people?Huh!!!!???!! etc) which dazzles the average poison animal eater
