 I want ways to build my stamina.  I want to be able to run around the block without stopping and play a game of bball and not get tired quickly.  What are ways of building stamina

Do cardio alternating between lower and higher intensity. LIke on a treadmill or elliptical jog for 30 seconds and walk for 90, or run for 30 seconds and then jog for 90 seconds eventually you will be able to run longer and your recovery time will decrease.
