I'm thinking more about beauty tips that were given to me: drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated. Use natural soaps to keep from drying your skin out. When you dry your face, pat it dry or when you wash your face, always go in an upward direction (or even drying for that matter as well) this way it does not sag. I also use shea butter on my skin (normal/combination) to keep it moisturized instead of lab creams. Seems like I read somewhere before that dry skin contributes to more wrinkles.

I use a little oatmeal, aloe vera and cucumber made from scratch.

I take the aloe vera juice (if you have fresh aloe vera it works a little better) and take a peel cucumber (about a 3 inch piece) and make it into a puree. Then I stir in some oatmeal and apply it to my face for about 10 minutes before bed. I have used it for a while and my face is much more firm and less wrinkles appear. As far as what you can take internally, I found a link that has a list of herbs that you can look into.

These are great suggestions, also try bentonite clay, its for sure to work. It really does the job in firming skin, and I know it will for facial sagging.

Oooooh that sounds nice. Been trying to find some stuff to use my aloe plant for. I'm gonna try that aloe, cucumber, oats recipe. Thanks!

This sounds so nice and simple.  This will be included in my "Me time" regimen.  Thanx ladies!
