I had a dream that i was playing around in school and made extremely good grades at the last minute and got accepted to the college of my dreams. Later in the dream i was in a park and a large parakeet open its tail and it looked money. My mother was chasing this colorful bird and the bird was talking and appeared to be annoyed by her chasing him and was trying to fly away from her.

this dream seems to related back to your procrastination problems. in the dream you are playing around.. then last minute you made good grades and got into the school of you dreams. Procrastination will come back and haunt you sometimes, but not all the time. You need to learn when to procrastinate and when not to.

I dont know if it wasa typo but did the bird look like money when it open its tail or the bird looked at money?

At any rate, out of the many dreams you have posted your mom has appeared in many. and she repeatedly is either naggin you or telling you something. Maybe you are the parakeet. and you want to be expressive and free and speak your own mind, but your mom is always getting on you for something and you just cant get away from her (tried to fly away) or maybe you arent the parakeet (you refered to the bird as a him) idk. i still say cal your mom or think about why you are always dreaming of her?
