Me.  Them pinhole readers helped A LOT.  That along with the herbal eye formula on here and blueberry juice improved my vision and my glasses are history.

did you have full time glasses or reading glasses?

if you had full time glasses did you have to lessen your prescription strength over time?

I had a full prescription.  I never went back to the eye doctor. I just was content and stopped wearing them.  When I went to go take my driver's license eye exam last year, I previously had to wear glasses but this time passed it and they took it off my permit(back then).  Everytime i went to the doctor, my prescription was always stronger but I don't need no prescription no more.

? with the pinhole readers.  I was just reading a bit about them & the article I read states that they only help vision if using them....that they will not help improve vision without them in any way. 

Are you saying that you still use them all the time to have gotten off glasses?  Or are you saying that the combination of the pinhole readers, MSM drops & eye herbs totally got you off glasses?  You dont need the pinhole readers anymore either? 

I ordered the MSM drops & a pr of the pinhole readers, I have eye-aid tea but will also purchase the herb formula.  I really hope to improve my eyesight so that I will no longer need to wear contacts or glasses ever!

The pinholes definitely helped my vision EVEN after I took them off.  I noticed when I first used to try reading the temperature on the weather channel from the far end of my bed and was able to see it.  I sometimes might try to use pinholes(mines broke) but they it's effect is subtle now.  I see clearly when theres lots of sunlight outside and I only seem to have a slight blur sometimes.  I'm using the MSM drops and they make my eyes feel relaxed and comfortable.
