Sun-gazing is a practice of looking at the sun rising or setting of the sun. It is good for energy. As a matter of fact I am interested in this practice.

Me too, I've actually tried it before for a few weeks, before the weather went haywire, and I felt the subtle effects, it was cool.

I can understand that, but a lot of seeds are considered fruits, and nuts also. Plus I'm finding out there are millions of different fruit species that we never even heard of or tasted, grains and meats and all that shit make up like 1% of foods, lol.
But I also wanted to know if people have tried healing with fruits, as in doing a fruitarian diet for a certain amount of time for self healing or detoxing.

almonds are a fruit. it taste kinda like pear. you eat it, then crack it with a hard object and eat the seed inside (i did this in Haiti)
also cashew nuts are a part of a fruit. by Brazilian friend told me. We had some confusing when he pointed to a fruit and called it cashew, and i pointed to the nut and called it cashew.
sooo i agree with Tyab, alot of thngs you eat are fruits.

I can't speak personally on the fruit diet...although I've read that humans are really only supposed to be eating fruits, berries, nuts.....and that the greenery is for the animals...idk. I have seen good healthy looking people that claim to be fruitarians. Personally, I would embrace fruitarianism (?) simply b/c I love fruit and find that I always have to dress veggies up before I can eat them. So why not eat only what I like? Why do I have to force something unpalatable (imo) down my throat? It's something I may look into in the future, but I would have to master raw first, I think, before jumping into that extreme. Right now for whatever reason, I feel like I need greens...even if I have to drench them in dressing before eating them. lol Come to think of it...the few 'veggies' I can eat straight--tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers--aren't really vegetables at all.
About sun gazing: I would reccomend it to ANYONE. I've experienced immediate and noticible results from sungazing. I would really like to practice it regularly and experience the long term benefits. I've read that the ultimate is sungazing barefooted.... because the energy is grounded, I belive. Haven't done that yet, but would like to see if there's a noticable difference there. They recommend standing on dirt, not grass though because it (grass) absorbs the energy. Perhaps when I move to Cali I can really commit to sungazing and make daily trips to the beach and really energize my being...aahhhh

I remember reading about fruitarian diet in the book "Drugs Masquerading As Foods" by Suzar. He breaks down a lot of the non-foods, vegetables, grains, etc that are toxic for different reasons. Basically by the end of the books he sheds light on so many other foods that the only thing left is fruit.

I totally agree with you! I really love fruits, I only like certain vegetables, and since finding this big big farmer's market by my place that has tons of fruit, different thing have started tasting nasty to me, like Romaine Lettuce, beans, and other shit.
Only problem I had when doing raw food, was doing to damn much with the recipes, (as well as vegan dishes too), I don't like mixing a hundred foods just to get a palatable taste in my mouth. I rather just grab up some figs or grapes, and eat those.
When I did the sun gazing being grounded, it is much more effective, but either way, it still has worked for me. This summer I will definitely be doing it daily at the sunrise, its some effective shit. Reminds me of the "sun worship" people seemed to think certain ancient people's were doing.

YES! Fruit also tends to grow from trees where we being upright can pick them while greenery grows from the ground for those on all fours to access.

LOL! Well the bible does say something to the effect of every seed bearing plant and herb....that's pretty clear. So he just may be on to something.....

Yes! And like you pointed out earlier, a lot of food is considered fruit and there are so many varieties it's practically impossible to ever run out of options, so you're not limited at all giving up those things. [my grammar teacher would slap me for that sentence lol]

Me too! Now that I think about it a few days these last couple of weeks I'm finding myself making meals out of like just some strawberries blueberries and blackberries in the a.m. and this walnut pecan cashew almond and raisin mixture for the evening and I'm GOOD. Sometimes I just can't stomach eating anything else. Plus I like, no--love--the simplicity. Prep time: Zero! lol I realize that I've practiced this diet for quite a few days (including today lol) without even consciously planning to. Hmmm...that coupled with the topic being posted here has really got me thinking...

Wow now I'm really looking forward to a grounded experience! Sun gazing truly is extremely effective. Just from my limited experience with it, I've had amazing results. I can only imagine what results dedication will bring. It's mind blowing the way we can benefit so profoundly from something so simple...and free! lol Can't be regulated...taxed...banned....lol

I agree with that, and have been studying the concept for a little bit now. For me fruit has me feeling the best, and with the most energy. Which made sense when I learned that fruit is really condensed sunlight, and are made of mostly water. Which cuts out trying to worry about getting the best water! Maybe its the closest thing next to a solatarian, because your consuming mostly sunlight, which is great for the subtle bodies. Then add sungazing to that, thats a healing, method within itself. But I'll have to see for myself.
I also find myself making mixtures like that! Especially with figs though, I can eat a couple of bags of those, they are my favorite by far. Then grapes, all easy to just grab up and eat without measuring cups, recipe books, etc, etc.
Shiiiiit.
