3 month "detox" programs??!!

So much information out here, it's hard to believe anything anyone says.

I know this question has been asked before, but I need some the family to give me some insight on this.

I had question about then "duration" of a fast/detox program, from what I've been told, in order for someone to have a successful and thorough detox, they must be willing to endure a 90 day or 3 month program.

How true is this??!!

I don't think someone can calculate how much toxins can be removed out the body in time because everyone isn't the same nor consumed or live the exact same life so how can someone say 3 months will definitely remove the toxins?  Don't get me wrong it WILL thoroughly cleanse the body but to what extent though?

Well they say every 90 days you have new blood but what about your fat cells witch also store toxins.

The length of the fast/detox depends upon the level of toxicity.
