I borrowed this movie from the library...it is the true story of an collegiate gymanist who overcomes breaking his leg to get to the Olympic trials. He does this by listening to the wisdom of a stranger (Nick Nolte).

This movie is very inspirational and great movie to watch during the FBD.  An overlying message is to "be in the now".

*There is some profanity and suggestive scenes.
