They are offering this new service at my health spa called a "lymphatic drain"....has anyone ever heard of that or know its effectiveness??!!

OK I READ THE SERVICE OUTLINE AND IT ONLY SAID THAT "THEY STIMULATE THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM GETTING RID OF ANY EXTRA/HARMFUL TOXINS" IN THE BODY?Huh

It could be a form of massage - lymphatic massage! If so, I highly recommend it!

Im scheduled for a "banana wrap detox" for Friday evening...this is a body wrap that stimulates systems within the body to release toxins from head to toe (process last about an hour)...they use sea salt and other minerals to excrete waste from the body...they suggest that you eat only raw foods/light meals before/after detox...detox stimulates the lymphatic system, at which it has been reported that "some" people experience flu-like symptoms the next day due to toxins exiting the body..i'll post the outcome!!!
