I recommend DARE TO PREPARE by Ronald M. Shapiro. This book has an 8-step preparation process. Although written with business in mind, this book can apply to any situation that requires a significant degree of preparation. I've already listened to the Unabridged CD version and now will read the paperback version to prepare for either a future speech or book review.
