CAn someone please shed some light on my question.

When I was retested for HSV after performing the 1st round of FBD and AVK, I was told that my antibodies has gone up since the initial test.  I took this as good news because it's telling me that my immune system is getting stronger. 
Please clarify  Huh Huh Huh
