Soul Veg has some yum breakfast and the breakfast bar at Sevenanda is good too

Hi  With Purpose=

Try R.Thomas for a really good breakfast. It is on Peachtree Rd. Just north of the Amtrack Train Station. I recommend the Veggie Sloppy Job.  Relax atmosphere, birds out side, small waterworks,  kinda Berkley hippies.
I think they are closed between 6:00a.m and 7:00 am. only.

Thanks I will check those out!

Servanda does have a good breakfast bar. I was in the store this morning after I lost R Thomas.
The vegan spelt biscuit and sage sausage is really tastee.
I have not tried the other items, but they include grits, gravey, scrambled tofu.
The quiche has dairy for those who dare.

I agree their vegan spelt biscuit is good. I enjoyed their whole breakfast lineup on Sundays. Their scrambled tofu and country potatoes (whatever you call em) were good too.  Their hot bar is very tasty. My fav item are their corn cakes.  I do not know when they offer them so you might want to check their website
www.sevananda.coop

Peace

I have been enjoying eating raw food for about 4 months now. I believe I am at about 90% or more. I have been to the Harmony Chinese Restaurant. The food tastes very good, but I did not want to get into a lot of soy products.  I continue to enjoy eating at Loving it Live in East Point Georgia. Recently I tried the stuffed Avacados and the Strawberry Pie .... all raw and all good. On Saturday, after attending the Natural Hair Show, my daughter and happen upon a Carribean Stye Vegan( the name escapes me right now) place on York street in West End-Atlanta. It is located one block over from Soul Vegetarian and just next door to the Goodwill store. Mr. Duncan has probably discovered this place areadly. On Saturday, I tried the Sweet Potatoe Pie. It was great and just a little better than Loving it Live's Sweet Potatoe Pie. Today, I return and tried for the first time ever the Spice Kale Salad which was fantastic along with a seaweed salad which was very good. This was all followed by guiltless consumption of a  raw slice of blackberry cake which never made it home.

Also, did I mention, that I have lost 25 pounds since going vegan, most days I have more clarity, sleep better and have more general well being. My left leg with the slight knee pain has disappear. I think with my eating for life, enzyems etc. Next I must resume massages.
Peace and Love

I think Soul Vegetarian's breakfast is best hands down, they also have great smoothies.

BUT, now I mostly just goto Delkab Farmer's Market, specially if you raw, they have all kinds of shit as far as fresh fruits and vegetables.... with seeds!! lol...
