Interesting, I learned about chia sometime last year and just recently started practicing the "sexual kung fu" methods as well as the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation. I havent mastered those techniques.  However, from what I have experience thus far, after first doing the orbit mediation, later on during the day I felt very good and "warm" feeling within my chest. I slacked off though on my practices. I'm trying to go 30 days without sex but I have a woman with a fat ass and we have no children. Both in our early 20's. Sometimes I can't stop hittin it.
