Black Women Need love too
2/26

1. FRIENDS: A LOVE STORY by Courtney Vance & Angela Bassett: This book is a good look at how each person discusses the work necessary to prepare themselves for marriage as well as the work that goes into keeping and maintaining a prosperous marriage. People don't realize that you have to prepare yourself for your soulmate. When I met my wife in 1999, I made sure that I cleaned my slate of any and all things that could interfere with our union. Sisters don't realize that when a man "cleans his slate" for her, he's ready! In many cases, she runs for the hills!

2. MONEY ISSUES IN MALE/FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS by George Subira: This book address the games played by males and females in regards to money, relationships and careers. Real good read!

The title should be MONEY ISSUES IN BLACK MALE/FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS by George Subira. He really bashes Haki Madhubuti's BLACK MEN: SINGLE, OBSOLETE, DANGEROUS and Terry McMillan's WAITING TO EXHALE.
