Dear All:

I need some assistance, I'm currently on the AVK regime in which I have a head cold.  Can someone recommend something for me that I can take where I can purchase from Whole Foods to help heal from this head cold?  (symptoms, runny nose and stuffiness).  Thanks Grin

The cold is probably your body's way of getting rid of the toxins, mucous, etc.., you may not want to supress

Maybe you should try the neti pot.  It might help with clearing your sinuses.

Make some ginger root tea, cut it up drop in hot water ,wait about 10 minutes, strain and drink should help you open up and breath, goes great with organic pepermint and the sweetener of your choice.
