12 Steps to Raw Food
Victoria Boutenko

I got this book last year when i went on the Full Body Detox.

It was a great addition to the detox. The book is a very easy read and comes with many different recipes.

Me being the Taurus that I am, not liking change. I found one green smoothie recipe and never used the rest. So I can say that one recipe was good and I added things to it. Im sure the other recipes are very good as well. Maybe one day I will change my routine and try a different smoothie

I like this book because she uses her own personal story about her family and their transition from eating cooked foods to be a totally raw family! Its amazing.

I know she has written other books and her kids have books too. I have yet to read them, but I am sure there good.

I think I saw this in the natural foods store here where I live. I never really checked it out though. I'm gonna check it out now though because I've been looking for some good raw foods books. I have only one so far. I saw some beautiful produce today and my mind started racing with recipes just coming to me (that I've never even tried). It was funny.

another book for recipes is called the RAWevolution. I think its by Matt something with an A.  Also in the Queen Afua she has recipes.

I saw it while browsing the aisles at barnes and noble. I didnt get it because I dont have a dehydrator yet and foot processor. I will get it when i have my own place, but it was very easy to read and colorful! Color is a must for me in cook books. If there are no pictures, i dont want it.

In the raw family she says if your body is craving a certain vegetable or fruit get it! that means you need the nutrients from that item to assist in healing your body. So maybe all those recipes you were formulated need to be made!

Must be, because I was even checking out stuff that I have never really tried and was like...hmmmm that would probably be good with such and such lol. Had all the spices/seasonings in my head and everything. All of this working into my life purpose. So beautiful.

Great book.  I recommend for anyone considering a raw/vegan eating plan.
