“Vegans and Sex”
In my personal opinion, having been a meat-eater and typical junk food eater AND a vegan, I can honestly say that becoming vegan has greatly improved my sex life.
After becoming a vegan, I had more energy, more rigid and firm erections, more stamina and endurance, improved girth, prolonged erections, and the scent or smell of my semen was greatly noticeable – it smelled very clean and pure as compared to when I was a meat and junk food eater.
Before becoming a vegan, after sexual intercourse I would normally fall asleep, a clear cut sign of exhaustion due to depleting my energy reserves; but after changing my diet, I noticed after sexual intercourse I felt recharged, rejuvenated, and more revivified.
I also noticed I got erections quicker too. The days of going limp while in the act (due to stress and psychological factors) also disappeared after becoming vegan.
I never enjoyed sex to the degree I enjoyed sex after becoming a vegan and eating lots of raw food and drinking plenty of vegetable. It also helped that I became very knowledgeable about herbs with aphrodisiacal properties. I began drinking herbal tea blends containing herbs such as damiana, saw palmetto berries, cocculus root, licorice root, sarsaparilla, muira puama, schizandra berries, and catuaba to name a few. Most of these herbs are now contained in Dherbs.com Jackrabbit Formula, Bunny rabbit Formula, Formula 6/9 extract, and Jackrabbit Tea.
I also learned about essential oils with aphrodisiacal properties. Oils such as ylang ylang, patchouli, Bulgarian rose, neroli, jasmine, combava, cananga, caraway seed, may chang, sandalwood, and pipli.
I eventually learned about crystals and gemstones that had an aphrodisiacal effect on the body when drank as an elixir, crystals and gemstones such as red garnet, ruby, green aventurine, rose quartz (added for balance), moonstone, and carnelian.
What you eat affects the smell and color of your sexual juices and ejaculate, for males and females alike.
A vegan diet helps improve bodily circulation which helps improve one’s sex life, for good sex requires good bodily circulation.
A vegan diet helps a woman maintain vaginal lubrication while in the sex act. The herb “saw palmetto berries” is helpful for this.
A vegan diet greatly improves a woman’s menstrual cycle – shortening it by a few days and also causing the blood to be lighter and the smell to be more pleasant. Vegan females experience far less painful and problematic menstrual cycles than women who consume animal flesh and animal byproducts.
The vagina of the vegan female smells sweeter than that of the meat and dairy-eating female. And if the vagina smells sweeter, its nectar or milk snow also tastes sweeter.
A vegan diet is more conducive for conception than a diet based upon consumption of animal flesh and byproducts.
I still got my ‘freak’ on too as a vegan because I replaced honey with maple syrup and whip cream with soy whip.
I also noticed that my thoughts in regards to sex became purer. Becoming a vegan raised my vibrations. Sex became more of a spiritual thing than just a physical thing (act). I also became more satisfied and content after one or two rounds of sex. I didn’t need or want sex as much as I did when I was a meat-eater. As a meat-eater, I was purely mechanical, wanting to have sex just because. Some days I would have sex 5-8 times a day, and I didn’t know how to replenish the nutrients I was losing through excessive ejaculation. You see, I was purely physical in my pre-vegans days. Sex wasn’t spiritual at all because of my perception (thoughts). It lacked substance despite the physical pleasure, which is a given; but sex must be wholistic for total enjoyment of the act. In addition to being physical, sex is mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and even astral. Conscious sex balances and aligns the chakras. And with conscious sex, there’s even what Marvin Gaye sang about: sexual healing!
A conscious man or woman can heal via the sex act via use of the mind to direct the energy. Becoming a vegan led me to open up to spiritual and conscious sex and sexuality. I became very knowledgeable in regards to sex and experimented with my thoughts and ideas. Going into sex, intimacy, and lovemaking with knowledge, understanding, and wisdom dissolved a lot of stress, fear, and anxiety which I’m sure played a role in pre-vegan sex days of premature ejaculation, randomly going limp, inability to become erect and/or maintain erection on certain days and at certain times. I didn’t experience all of the above a lot, but nevertheless, I did experience these and let me tell you, one time is too many. It’s a miserable thing when you want sex and the thought is there by your body is somewhere else. After becoming a vegan it would soon be revealed to me that sex is meditation and to really enjoy sex and intimacy the mind must be clear (of worldly things). You must also be in the moment.
All of the above greatly led to me having a very high self-esteem and confidence level pertaining to sex, lovemaking, and intimacy.
In all due honesty, I really never sexually pleased women like I did upon becoming a vegan, and I thought I was Mr. Stud in my pre-vegan days. I had some sexually memorable times in my meat-eating days, but they don’t compare to my vegan days. No way, no how! Every woman I’ve been with since being vegan told me: “Vegan is best!” and “Vegans make better lovers!” I concur!
I also must share this: upon becoming a vegan, my breath smelled sweeter and fresher in the morning. Morning breath, which is usually bad breath or foul breath, is totally dietary in nature.
The first woman I had sex with and made love to upon becoming vegan was totally mesmerized by everything she witnessed with me in regards to sex and couldn’t get enough. I became the criterion upon which she judged all of her boyfriends of the past. A whole new world opened up for her just as it did for me.
