I too agree with NBC!

PETA compromised its ethics! They protect animals but then turn around and exploit women.

How you gon' exploit women just to protect animals?

You don't have to sell out or compromise (in a commercial) to get your point across.

Good point Maat-Ra,  I actually thought the commercial was rather funny, I am so used to seeing those kind of heavily sexualized commercials here in Matrix.  I also thought it was kind of clever to use sexuality to promote a vegan/vegetarian diet.  The commercial reminded me of a story I saw for a strip club out there in the West Coast that was serving vegan foods at the strip club.  The owner was talking about using sexuality (naked women to be specific) to promote a healthier lifestyle.  I am not advocating this kind of promotion nor I am saying it is right or wrong, it just is.  In the Matrix though, sex sells.  However, you never see ya boy Doctah C walking around naked just promote eating vegan or raw foods, aint my cup of yerba mate.

Okay... imagine your little one struttin' out of his/her bedroom, drops his/her clothing and say, "Daddy, can I have some carrots with some of  this broccoli?" (while sliding it down her body).

Remember now, children imitate these commercials and besides that looks more like a commercial for kinky sex not food.  I will never look at broccoli the same again  Cheesy

to me from a marketing standpoint PETA is smart, im sure PETA knew that ad was to raunchy to get approved. But what better way to get advertisment then banning something! Now that the ad is banned people are watching it and making comments. Maybe some people will go on PETA's website and see what they are all about.

But!!! that ad was too ridiculus lol. I agree with With Purpose: was this an ad for vegetarians or sex? or both?

But like everyone else is saying, sex sells (unfortunately)
