I have clove oil for warming.. but I cant find the proper ratio to dilute the oil in water..I read that it is very "hot" so I dont want to get it wrong

anyone know?

i do have a question though................clove oil???
for burning (like in a lamp) or for use on the body??

I usually try some cinnamon in my smoothies or use ginger if i'm eating something like a rice or entree meal.

I don't know to the extent of it increasing the temperature but I know it's been recommended a few times.

so what exactly is it supposed to do?
is it kinda like how they say that if you drink liquor it will "warm you up" in the cold months?

yeah pretty much...but without all the negative aspects of alchohol

ive been using the ginger making tea and adding cinnamon..but clove oil is supposed to be the best but I dont know the right ratio to add to water.. Undecided

From what I have experienced, clove oil is not easy to swallow.  i tried some on a piece of cotton for a toothache and accidentally swallowed some (while mixed with saliva)  that thing is scary.

I am certain my heart skipped a few beats.  Please be very, very careful.
