I'm watching it now. I bought it in a box set at BORDERS. I wasn't sure if I was to read the book first or watch the movie. I chose the movie. I don't think I'll ever be the same after seeing it.

I read the book many years ago.  I learned alot about myself and how to heal past hurts.  A great companion book called Heal Your Body by Louise Hay.  It has affirmations that can help heal different illnesses.
