Happy New Year to you 2BeHealthy....I "think" I remember is stating a 30-45 minute soak?Huh  I guess that sounds like a long time to soak...inspirational books, music, meditation, etc., would help....that's what works for me!!!!!

Hello,

Zoe is correct. But you got to do what feels right to you. If that is too long then soak as long as you can until you build up to that point. If it is not long enough soak longer. I really enjoyed this part of the detox especially after the first three day because you feel so much better physically and emotionally. Have fun.  Cheesy

I tried the FBD for two days....it made me so nauseous that
I could not function...unfortunately I will probably have to
wait and try again in the spring...I do soak and they help
me (mind, body and spirit)...I guess in the meantime if
anyone has suggestions to another way I can detox....
I'll appreciate the info!!!!!!

I am not an expert but I have heard of a few people having success with it by cutting out certain foods a week or two before detoxing. For instance slowly cutting out meat if you eat it, then dairy etc, then down to just veggies fruit/raw foods right before. Just a thought. Anyways good luck when you do start again!  Smiley

A sickening feeling upon detoxing is a sign of severe toxicty and a few people report this to us. The body responds the way it does because it really needs to and wants the be cleansed. These people supra go on to have some of the best detoxing experiences ever reported. Please read our FAQ section for more insight.

p.s. - a more tolerable detox would be the 10-Day Electric Greens Cell Food Cleanse.
