Anyone here been to wegmans AND wholefoods market?

I want to take a trip to wholefoods..its out of the way..I just want to know how big they usually are..How much stuff do they have there..

Can anyone compare and contrast the two?

Wegmans has reasonably large organic produce section...They have a section with vegan cookies..organic soups..pastas..frozen vegan/vegitarian section

Just basically...how good is whole foods?

I never heard of wegmans but whole foods I can comment on and I just came from one today that just opened up.  It was BIG!  Real nice and lots of organic foods, lots of vegan stuff and just an all around wonderful area to shop at if you know what you want.  Im in NJ to be exact.  The whole foods in union county.

Yea thats a good store, some items aren't available in other stores.  The wholefoods in union vs the west orange WF has different items.  I live in East Orange and I took a trip out there its like 20 mins.

I just came back from that whole foods in union

I have to say it beats wegmans soundly...however there are  I agree..wegmans has more exotic and varied produce...but whole foods has so many other things..eco friendly homewares..a larger kitchen..it has a juice bar..

maybe its just that the whole foods i went to is newer...

Yea that whole foods is new and just opened up along with the Best Buy next to it.  It's a nice looking store and is pretty big.  Much bigger than the one next to my job.
