What are some products or componants that make sleep better that yall know of or/and have tried personally.

I dont really get good sleep..Idk if my pillow is too small and flat or what...

I've found Valerian Root to be very effective too, although the odor is kinda strong.

mugwort is relaxing and helps aid sleep.

eye made a marajuana tea with coconut milk last week with maple syrup and drank like 6 ounces and it was beddy bye time

it really doesn't taste very pleasant but

it was beddy bye time

oh wow was it bed time

I find that sleeping with a sleep mask really helps (especially with eliminating distracting lights)..I did something really different last night, I sprayed the outside(the part not facing my eyes) of my sleep mask with the Abundance spray from Dherbs, so that I can smell it continuously as I slept....man, I had so many dreams with ideas on not only improving my situations, but the some of the situations on my island ( i can't remember them all) but the ideas that I did, are so amazing...
