Whenever it gets colder out(im in the northeast) i tend to eat more grains..more processed foods(vegan frozen foods...boxed things etc) I was wondering though...since this stuff contains a lot of soy...is it possible its depleting the iron?  I do get more tired in the fall and winter time....Is it because of iron depletion?

That could be factor but also are you using incandescent lightbulbs?  They can make you feel "under the weather" at time since it has the dull yellow filter.  I will get a couple of teas from here to drink during the winter because those teas are good.

I want to get the rainforest tonic, black seed and rooibos tea, and Immune System tea.  I'm taking the iron phosphate tea and its actually pretty tasty when combined with some agave nectar and a little bit of lemon juice.

Just get the iron phosphate formula here.  Theres the regular capsulated form and the tea form and extract.  Herbs like nettle, burdock root and dandelion has a lot iron plus other uses.  I heard of Molasses having iron in it but idk how much of it would you actually need to use to get an adequate amount.  I never tasted molasses I want to try it out but agave nectar has been king to me.  I tried stevia extract and it doesn't seem to be as sweet as sugar as its claimed to be.

I never tasted splenda before and sure will not.  I just use raw agave nectar or light or blue agave nectar.  Maple Syrup is usually very expensive and agave nectar seems to fit my sweet tooth expectations at times.

Try getting you a steamer so you don't even have to mess with so much soy or processed foods.. They run for like $40-80.
