I would say so my friend.  Corporations have every right to charge you extra for using a privilege which they have to pay for too (via processing fees, etc).  Of course, you do not have to use credit to purchase gas.  Peace

I dont use credit cards..i have a debit but only use to remove cash

I dont know if its legal or not.. But the reason that gas stations charge more for credit cards or offer incentives for those who use cash: for every credit card used, the gas station has to pay a fee. So they are trying to discourage the use of credit cards, and encourage the use of cash, so they (gas stations owners) do not have to pay this fee

I was just told my be debit card provider this morning that this is wrong.  if you are already paying a maintenance fee with the bank/holder, a further fee is not required.
