i'm cool with this dude who disclosed to me some very disturbing information. we been cool for nearly a year and he recently deemed me his best friend. he's like 24 and  he told me that he has hardly no penis developement and he is black! he was telling me that he started off masturbating early and was introduced to porn at a very young age and he says it messed him up. he's about 5'10 and he swears that he is still growing taller and that his dna can be corrected through some spiritual process or whateva he was saying. he recently told me that he feels as though that his whole manhood is underdeveloped and that he does not know what to do. i told dude do not go to the doctor for any treatment. i said i would ask some enlightened black people about it and see what they have to say. so..what do yall have to say?

Okay...Your best friend is 24..He has no penis development and he's still growing taller..I don't know if a pill can fix any of that..

I would tell him to make an appointment with his Primary Physician. I'm surprised he even asked you or anybody what he should do..I would have ran to the Doctor's office if I was going through all of that...
