Hispanic Students and Truancy Citations

BIG PROPS to the Hispanic-Latino community in general and Hispanic-Latino youth in particular.

I admired the heart of the young Hispanic-Latino students here in Los Angeles who cut class last week in a show of protest against the new federal immigration bill (H.R. 4437) being proposed.

The students made a big dent on the first day of the walk-out but government (Master, Rulers) came back strong the next day making a statement that any youth caught cutting class to participate in the walk-out would receive a citation for truancy in the amount of $200.00

Now this caught my attention. A citation for truancy! A $200.00 fine? A fine where there is no possibility of jail-time or imprisonment clearly denotes the matter and citation is civil in nature and not criminal in nature.

When you understand the nature of a civil matter, civil denotes two things: a contract or obligation or a tort (injury to person or property):

"Civil actions arise out of (1) An obligation; (2) An injury." California Code of Civil Procedure, Section 25

Obligation is defined as: "...a legal duty, by which one person is bound to do or not to do a certain thing, and arises from (1) Contract; or, (2) Operation of Law." California Code of Civil Procedure, Section 26

Now since the Hispanic-Latino students were threatened with a civil fine for trauncy, under the law, the Hispanic-Latino students would have to be violating a contract (legal duty to perform) or causing damage to a person or property through their being truant.

So, there's either a contract involved or a tort (injury) to some person or their property. Now if the students were guilty of a tort, who's the injured party or what was the damage to property? Clearly the trauncy cannot be tort or injury to someone or their property.

Well, the only other option is contract (obligation, legal duty to perform). What could the contract be?

You'd probably never guess it but the contract was the application for enrollment into the public fool system. Here in Los Angeles, this would be the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Yes, when parents register their children as students into a school and its school district, they are in fact and under statutory law turning their child over to the state and thus creating a legal duty on both parent and child/student.

For the child/student, this legal duty requires the student to be in school and in class and to obey the curriculum of the school. When a student is not in school when he/she should be (based upon school hours), the student is legally truant and may be picked up or cited by law enforcement officers (truancy officers).

This is why the State (local city government) struck back the next day with their threat of truancy citations. Government was simply reminding parents and their children of their legal duty to obey the contract entered into (school enrollment) and breach of that contract and its obligation or legal duty was subject to a fine in the amount of $200.00 (of course after constitutional guarantee of due process was afforded if a Hispanic-Latino parent or student was smart or legally astute enough to bring up the issue in the first place)

Could you imagine if the Hispanic-Latino students knew about this?

Yes, enrollment in school is a civil contract with government (between school district and parent and child) to make sure the child/student is properly brainwashed and programmed for corporate slavery in the Matrix under the New World Order.

This may be sad and it even may be scary, but one thing's for sure - it's true!

The issue really doesn't concern me from a political perspective as I am apolitical.

Government is simply doing what it does best - create issues so as to stir up commotion so as to create chaos in which order can be brought about as a result. The order will come under a new law or legislation.

Remember, everything government does is for CONTROL purposes.

By targeting so-called illegal immigrants for felonies and deportation, the government will insure the future breakup of Latino-Hispanic families to the degree or level of the breakup of the African-American family by government (via welfare checks that caused a woman to choose a welfare check over a man in the home; giving the Black woman jobs in Corporate America over the Black man - the natural breadwinner, etc.); in addition to help fill up new federal and state prisons.

A felony can count as a strike in the 3-strikes laws, so many Hispanic-Latino immigrants could end up serving life terms behind bars.

The greatest damage will come from breaking up families and thus communities.

I knew Hispanic-Latinos would soon be targeted by government.

As soon as Hispanic-Latinos became the number one minority group in America I knew they would be targeted by government and I knew Los Angeles would be the nucleus for this targeting as soon as Antonio Villagaroisa was elected mayor of the city.

These folks (Rulers) always put a member of the race to be targeted in a position of power before they (Rulers) make their move to decimate, harass, vexate, and destroy. It never fails!

However, this is the business of politics and if you play the game then you have to suffer the consequences. Lauryn Hill said: "Get out!" The Bible also said: "Come out of her my people so that you don't become partakers of her plague." But the people don't hear Lauryn and John the Revelator tho!!!
